Updated Guidance – Late Filing Fees
IIROC is publishing an updated version of GN-2500-21-005 – Late Filing Fees.
We are updating this Guidance Note to reflect to the recently amended IIROC Rules relating to registration information requirements, outside activity reporting and updated filing deadlines as set out in Notice 22-0061. The Guidance Note will be effective immediately.
