The Corporation has approved the amalgamation of Excel Private Wealth Inc. and Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. pursuant to By-law No. 1 section 13.7.  Following the amalgamation, the continuing Member will be known as:

Quadrus Investment Services Ltd.

The effective date was January 1, 2022.
