MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns hearing in the matter of Jingshan (Sarah) He

October 13, 2022 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (“MFDA”) commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Jingshan (Sarah) He (the “Respondent”) by Notice of Hearing dated December 22, 2021 (“Notice of Hearing”).

An appearance in this proceeding was held today by videoconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA’s Pacific Regional Council.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled for October 13-14, 2022, has been adjourned by the Hearing Panel to proceed electronically by videoconference on November 29, 2022, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held. The proceeding will continue to be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
