The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization has approved the amalgamation of ATB Securities Inc. and ATB Capital Markets Inc. The continuing Member is ATB Capital Markets Inc. Following the transaction the Member has changed its name to:
ATB Securities Inc.
Coincident with the amalgamation the Member formerly known as ATB Securities Inc. will surrender its membership in the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization.
The effective date of the transaction is January 1, 2024.
