The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization has approved the amalgamation of CIRO members, Credential Qtrade Securities Inc., an Investment Dealer, and Credential Asset Management Inc., a Mutual Fund Dealer.
The firm has become dual-registered (i.e., registered as both a mutual fund dealer and investment dealer) and retained its predecessor firms’ registration within the single legal entity. Following the transaction the Member will be known as:
Aviso Financial Inc.
The dual-registration is effective April 1, 2024.
