The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby, pursuant to IDPC Rules, subsections 2108(2), 2109 and 2107, Harbourfront Wealth Holdings Inc. has acquired a 100% indirect equity interest in Rothenberg Wealth Management Inc.
The effective date of this transaction was October 1, 2024.
