List of securities eligible for reduced margin (LSERM) (Supplement)

Quarter ended March 31, 2025

This bulletin should be read in conjunction with CIRO Bulletin 25-0133, LSERM, which was published on May 5, 2025. Since the publication of that list, the following securities have been identified as eligible for inclusion on that LSERM:

• Global X Intl Developed Markets Equity Index Corporate Class ETF (HXDM and HXDM.U),
• Global X US 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index Corporate Class ETF (HTB and HTB.U) and
• Global X Mid-Term U.S. Treasury Premium Yield ETF (MPAY and MPAY.U)

Microsoft Excel format

LSERM is available in Microsoft Excel format on the Supporting Schedules section of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) website, under Rules and Enforcement – Dealer Member Rules – Supporting Resources – Supporting Schedules.

Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)

Dealer Members may also download the current LSERM (Microsoft Excel format) via a SFTP connection to a CIRO server. Dealer Members that report debt transactions to CIRO will automatically have access to the current LSERM in a folder entitled “LSERM” in the Reference Data directory on the server. Other Dealer Members that wish to download the LSERM via SFTP will need to set up an account with CIRO.
