The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby, EXOS Wealth Systems Inc. will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Queensbury Capital Corporation, directly or indirectly owns 100% of the equity interests in each of its subsidiary entities, consisting of: Queensbury Securities Inc. (Investment Dealer Member), Queensbury Strategies Inc. (Mutual Fund Dealer Member), Queensbury Insurance Brokers Inc. and Queensbury Services Inc.

The effective date of this transaction is Aug 20, 2025.
