Retail Client Data Submission Project – Update

As an update to Bulletin 25-0111 published in April 2025, while we initially intend to work on the Retail Client Data Submission Project in 2027 with the mandatory data request as at December 31, 2026, the project has now been put on hold until further notice in order to focus on other strategic priorities.

Next steps

We will not proceed with the previously announced timelines and data request requirements.

We will continue to provide updates to ensure Dealer Members can adequately plan and prepare for future data requests and requirements.

We recognize the efforts already taken and encourage Dealer Members to retain any work that has been started. We expect this work will continue to provide value when the project resumes.
