The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby Corient International Holdings Limited (an affiliate of several CIRO Registrants, including Assante Capital Management Ltd., Assante Financial Management Ltd., CI Investment Services Inc. and Aligned Capital Partners Inc.), an indirect subsidiary of MC Accelerate Holdings LP, will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Stanhope Capital Group SA
The effective date of this transaction was December 3, 2025.
