Investor Alert: Fraudulent trading platform impersonating Tradelogiq Markets Inc.

Be an informed investor - Protect yourself against fraudulent schemes

December 18, 2025 (Toronto, Ontario) – The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) is warning investors about a fraudulent trading platform operating through the website [https://tmi-group[.]pro/] that has been impersonating Tradelogiq Markets Inc., a legitimate CIRO-registered firm.

The fraudulent website misuses the actual name, location and business number of Tradelogiq Markets Inc. There have been reports from investors that have lost money after opening an account through the platform.

Investors should be aware that the only legitimate website for Tradelogiq Markets Inc. is www.tradelogiq.com and that the firm does not deal directly with retail customers.

To Protect Yourself Against Fraud:

• Only deal with appropriately registered firms.
• Report suspicious activities where unregistered entities either claim to be regulated by CIRO or work for CIRO to CIRO immediately.
• Avoid sharing personal or financial information without confirming the legitimacy of the request.
