The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization has approved the amalgamation of CIRO members,Assante Capital Management Ltd., an Investment Dealer, andAssante Financial Management Ltd., a Mutual Fund Dealer.
The firm has retained Assante Capital Management Ltd.’s existing dual-registration (i.e., registered as both a mutual fund dealer and investment dealer) within the single legal entity. Following the transaction the Member will be known as:
CI Assante Wealth Management Ltd.
This transaction is effective January 1, 2026.
