Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CIRO Members

Notice of CIRO’s 2025 AGM was sent to all CIRO members via mail and email on August 29, 2025. For dealer members notice was directed to the firm’s Ultimate Designated Person and copied to the Chief Compliance Officer. Please note that the email copy of the notice was delivered from TMX Investor Solutions, not from a CIRO domain address.

The AGM will be held in-person at the Hilton Saint John, 1 Market Square, Saint John, New Brunswick at 3:00 pm (Eastern) / 4:00pm (Atlantic) on the 24th day of September, 2025, for the following purposes:

1. to receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 and the independent auditor’s report thereon;
2. to elect directors of the Corporation;
3. to appoint a public accountant to conduct an audit engagement and to authorize the directors to fix its remuneration; and
4. to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Members who wish to attend the AGM remotely can request a Microsoft Teams link by contacting Megan Rocha at megan.rocha@tmx.com. Members participating via MS Teams can view the meeting and ask questions. Please note that live electronic voting is not available through MS Teams. Members who do not attend the meeting in-person but wish to vote may do so by proxy before the AGM. Instructions for submitting a proxy vote are included in the Notice of Meeting mailed to members and on the Form of Proxy.

All members are encouraged to submit their Form of Proxy to help ensure that quorum requirements for the AGM are met.
