The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby CI Financial Corp., the holding company of CI Investment Services Inc., Assante Financial, Assante Capital and Aligned Capital, will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Breed’s Hill Capital, LLC.
The effective date of this transaction was August 22, 2025.
