The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby Accelerate Holding Corp. will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of CI Financial Corp, the parent company of 4 CIRO Dealer Members - Aligned Capital Partners Inc., Assante Capital Management Ltd., Assante Financial Management Ltd., and CI Investment Services Inc.
The effective date of this transaction was July 25, 2025.
