IG Wealth Management Inc.
The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization has approved the amalgamation of CIRO members, Investors Group Securities Inc., an Investment Dealer, and Investors Group Financial Services Inc., a Mutual Fund Dealer.
The firm has become dual-registered (i.e., registered as both a mutual fund dealer and investment dealer) and retained its predecessor firms’ registration within the single legal entity. Following the transaction the Member will be known as:
IG Wealth Management Inc.
The dual-registration is effective July 1, 2025.
