Notice of Intention to Resign – Designed Investments Ltd.

The Corporation has been informed that Designed Investments Ltd. intends to resign its membership in the New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada.  The firm intends to resign as its affiliated Member, Designed Securities Ltd. has become dual-registered (i.e., registered as both a mutual fund dealer and investment dealer).

The resignation process has been initiated and Members will be informed of the effective date of the resignation.
