The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby, Omus I Inc. will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Plutus Investment Holdings In., the indirect parent company of Dealer Member OANDA (Canada) Corporation ULC (“OCAN”).
The effective date of this transaction is July 2, 2025.
