The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization have approved a change of control whereby, Purpose Unlimited Inc. acquires all the issued and outstanding shares of CIRO Dealer Member Steadyhand Investment Funds Inc. (SIFI) and CSA registrant Steadyhand Investment Management Ltd. (ShIM).

The effective date of this transaction is June 2, 2025.
